REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@luxxebag.com and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@luxxebag.com with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds Once a refund is approved it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@luxxebag.com.
